Austin Ballard - Campus Minister at CSU
Though born and raised among the corn fields of Illinois, Austin has always had an affinity for the open spaces and high places of Colorado. After serving as an intern with Impact during the 2009-2010 school year, he spent 4 years on staff with a campus ministry in his home state at Western Illinois University before joining staff with Impact in 2015. Austin loves to laugh and learn over a cup of coffee or a big burrito. He also loves music, hiking (and snowshoeing), Arsenal soccer, and Chicago sports.

Wade Gardner - Campus Minister in Colorado Springs
Wade has been working with the college-aged group in Colorado Springs since 2004, but he took the "road less traveled" to get there! From a BS in Aerospace Engineering to a MS in Ministry, from the Navy to Youth Ministry to Native American Ministry and then finally college students. One thing about Wade is that he loves to be in motion and has summited all the 14ers in Colorado! Are you up for a climb?

What We Believe
We acknowledge that no creed contains every element or nuance of the Christian faith. As a fellowship serving a people from a variety of Christian traditions, we believe it is necessary for humility when approaching these differences and strive to maintain: in essentials unity, in non-essentials liberty, and in all things love. As testified by the scriptures, countless historic creeds, and Christians since the time of the Apostles...
We believe the Lord our God is one:
We believe the bible is the inspired word of God, a trustworthy guide in all matters of faith.
We believe that salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins and the gift of everlasting life.
We hold to the basic foundations of the Greatest Commandment and the Great Commission, and we affirm the practice of two basic ordinances: baptism and communion.
We believe the Lord our God is one:
- Almighty Father, eternal and sovereign creator of heaven and earth;
- Jesus Christ, His only begotten Son, our Lord, the incarnate Word, fully God and man, who in fulfillment of scripture suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead and buried, and on the third day rose again, ascended to heaven, and sits at the right hand of the Father from where he will return in glory to judge the living and the dead;
- The Holy Spirit, counselor and revealer of truth, who indwells believers to comfort, convict, unite, guide, transform and empower the church to fulfill God's purposes.
